During the call, we will discuss your timeline, the services you need, your career goals, your current resume, the grant application, etc. Then, I will send you an invoice for the services. From there, you can use any major credit or debit card and any electronic payment methods to place your order. Your account must be paid in full before I will release your draft documents. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email receipt.

Then, your documents will arrive via email for you to download. I do not use links or services like Google Docs because these strip the important formatting on the documents and cause delays.

Throughout the writing process, you will be able to correspond directly with me, add additional services, and maintain and update your submitted files.

I do prepare your resume with ATS scanning in mind. This means your resume may look very plain to you. This is because colored blocks, icons, photos, and tables confuse the computers when scanning your document. Even the file type you use is important! Certain employment positions do require your resume to be ATS-ready and many clients want "pretty" resumes that are not ATS-friendly.
