Check Out The Easy To Use Flip Ultra HD Camcorder

August 6, 2009 in Electronics by article_directory

When it comes to buying the Flip Ultra HD Camcorder, where can I find the lowest price? Well, before we get to the lowest price, why not learn a little bit about this amazing, simple to use, and, yes, inexpensive video camcorder?

The Flip Ultra HD Camcorder takes great video for such a little camera (it can fit in your shirt pocket) and is so easy to use and download. You basically need only to point and press the large red or black button. It is as simple as that. Whenever you want to transfer or upload videos to your computer, you simply need to push a button and the USB connector arm pops out at a right angle to the camcorder. Just plug it into your personal computer and start watching videos.

The Flip Ultra HD Camcorder comes with its unique FlipShare software which even lets you capture snapshots (still images) from your videos. The new camcorders are pre-loaded with FlipShare, the software that allows editing, organizing and sharing of all your video content. One of the really great things about is that it lets users freeze any pane during a video creating a screen capture that becomes a photograph. This too can be edited, saved and shared separately.

This high definition camcorder loads a lot of sophisticated features into a small device and is just perfect for almost anyone who wants to record video but can’t be bothered learning how to use an overcomplicated and much larger camcorder. What makes the Flip camcorder so remarkable is that although it is an inexpensive, small camcorder, it produces high definition video, a feature found almost exclusively on much larger, more expensive camcorders. The Ultra shoots in a remarkable 720p resolution, one step below the top 1080p format. Once you have taken your high definition video, you can simply attach the device to your HD television and start watching your video in the comfort of your living room.

Make no mistake that clearly a $1,200 HD video camcorder will produce much better video. However, right now, with the ever increasing popularity of YouTube and MySpace, as well as other video sharing websites and communities, this pocket-sized camcorder is more popular than ever. This is a budget camcorder, often priced well under $200, which is perfect for taking hours and hours of high quality and high definition video, ready for editing and sharing with friends and family.

The Flip Ultra HD Camcorder is the latest and greatest pocket-sized camcorder. It is so easy to use and delivers high-quality, high-definition video, which you can easily upload to YouTube, MySpace or even watch on your HD television. For a complete overview and for more information, including the best internet prices, visit Flip Ultra HD Camcorder.

San Francisco is a wonderful city if you are looking for a place to take your family and below are a list of suggested hotels and activities which are sure to put smiles on your family’s faces.

In the heart of Union Square you will find the Westin St. Francis hotel which I highly recommend. Union Square is home to fabulous shopping, awesome restaurants, and incredible museums and is within walking distance to the theater district. Worldwide the Westin collection of hotels is renowned for being family friendly and the St. Francis is no different. Accommodations are always luxurious, whether you choose a family suite or a deluxe room. Common amenities include: refrigerators, cribs, roll away beds, a child size breakfast, lunch and dinner menu at the hotel’s restaurant.

What is so unique to this particular hotel is that upon arrival, your children will receive gifts such as hats, shampoo, and crayons, which is part of this hotel’s personality. With friendly and helpful staff, the hotel also offers a barber and beauty shop, concierge, dry cleaning services, fitness center, and room service.

If you wish to dine in you can be assured of haute cuisine and have your choice of three restaurants which offer award winning fare from traditional to casual dining. Children’s menu’s are available as well and even special dietary needs are considered. Be assured your family’s gastronomical needs will be well taken care of during your stay at the Westin St. Francis.

San Francisco offers a variety of activities that are family friendly including ferry rides around Alcatraz Island; a Yosemite and giant Sequoias Minivan tour: the cities of Monterey, Carmel and the 17-Mile Drive tour including Monterey Bay Aquarium; you can take a cable car tour of San Francisco as well as walk or drive down the most crooked street in the world – Lombard Street; visit Coit Tower; rent a car and take a side trip to the lovely quaint town of Salsalito, just across the Golden Gate Bridge.

Heading To Europe?

July 19, 2009 in Uncategorized by Brad Alexzander

Trying to prepare for a holiday can be a pain; there are a variety of things you want organized and you certainly do not want to forget any essentials such as your passport or itinerary. Doing research prior to your holiday is a great idea since you have the opportunity to find deals on things such car rentals, airfare and entertainment; this is essential if you are planning on traveling to Europe as it can be pricey. Another reason you want to do your research ahead of time is that you can find some great deals on hotels and, as you are undoubtedly going to be spending several days at a time in different cities, this is a great way to save a bit of money.

The problem just keeps getting bigger if you decide to go to Europe at the last minute. There are many things that can go wrong in your panic. You might not get to your destination on time, which can mess up car schedules, rental schedules, and hotel bookings. You can mess up a lot of things when you pack, and you can miss a lot of important things if you do not have a lot of time to pack up. Moreover, you will not enjoy your trip if you miss a lot of things in terms of packing and transportation.

If you think you may, at some point, be traveling to Europe on the spur of the moment here are a few tips to keep in mind to ensure a great holiday.

- Making lists can save your holiday. Even if are mentally aware of what needs to be done you want to put it on paper. Plan ahead for that unexpected trip, write down what you WOULD take to Europe if you were to suddenly hop on a plane tomorrow. You will even want to write down the basics of a passport and toiletries as these are commonly forgotten. Once you have written your list place it somewhere you will easily find it when the opportunity for travel arises.

- Talk with others who have been there before as they can be an invaluable resource for what you may need. Prepare lists of potential inexpensive hotels and find out if there are any items particularly necessary for European travel (i.e. power converters). By talking things through with others you are creating useful resources for when you do find yourself heading to Europe.

- Do some internet research and subscribe to travel updates. Visit hotel websites regularly and see what deals are available. Doing this will accustom you to the hotels available, what types of discounts they offer and possibly what attractions are nearby so that when you do travel you will be familiar with where to go and what to do.

- Be aware of what your memberships offer in terms of European travel. Some credit cards have discount packages that allow you to get ticket discounts, while some insurance companies or even your car insurance and sales company will have discounts for travel. You may be able to get yourself some great discounts if you know where to look, and if you already have these discounts under your belt!

- Do your research either through the internet or travel magazines and read up on what are the best destinations in Europe. Familiarize yourself with some of the history as well! Prior research will definitely get you a long way to having the holiday of a lifetime!

Great Destinations For Spring Break

July 18, 2009 in Uncategorized by Brad Alexzander

A popular tradition among high school and college students alike is heading somewhere warm and sunny for the week known as Spring Break. Regrettably, most people’s current financial state with this economy eliminates a few of the more expensive destinations.

However, there are five top spots college students can make reservations for now and look forward to several days of sun and sand.

* Ft. Lauderdale has long been one of the most popular destinations for Spring Break. Throughout the past few years Florida has undergone some changes however Ft. Lauderdale still tops the list for affordable Spring Break destinations.

* Acapulco also tops the list for popular destinations, especially for college students. You can usually find travel packages that help make this destination affordable as well as trendy.

* While Bermuda is always at the top of the list, it is quite expensive. Therefore, Aruba has become the alternative destination with fabulous beaches, wonderful people, and fantastic weather. Unlike Bermuda, all Aruba hotels are on the beach.

* For affordable accommodations and fabulous beaches, the Bahamas is also considered one of the great Spring Break destinations in 2009.

* My final recommendation is to take a cruise as they have become highly touted as the best possible vacation venue for most college students and the all-inclusive rates will take you to either “nowhere” or from Florida to the Bahamas,.

Safety is also a concern this year, especially in Mexico. Crime has risen in well-known resorts such as Cancun, and it is advised not to travel there this year. Acapulco, however, is the exception.

There is one other destination you may wish to consider: Panama City Beach. It has become a thriving Spring break destination. With beach parties, clubs, and pubs, this is one area college students may opt for as a last “resort.”

Any of the above destinations will definitely help you relax and unwind and get the most from your Spring Break holiday. I recommend that you book early for the best deals and a guaranteed spot. You can find great deals using the internet or your personal travel agent.
