Minneapolis Boot Camp brings back high school gym memories. Wait! Only the good ones! Listen, gym class had its drawbacks granted, but the good part of it was it got you out of your chair and got your blood pumping for an hour or so.

Remember in high school gym where you were on a team and played another team in basketball or volleyball? Many boot camps have team sports as part of the program. This makes working out fun and exciting. Just like it use to be!

You decide what is more fun – going out to the track alone and running around by yourself – or teaming up with your boot camp buddies and having a 440 four-person relay race? You are probably already dusting off your running shoes as you read this.

And as mentioned before, for singles of all ages, this is a great place to meet other singles. Boot camps provide a fun, relaxed, and encouraging atmosphere. No better place to get to know someone better.

Encouraging is the word. This is not military boot camp. No one is yelling at you to climb a rope. No way. Everyone cheers each other on.
