Commuting from Kentfield to San Francisco – Several Choices are Available

There are several number of ways in which to commute to San Francisco during the work week. These include your car, commuter bus, ferry and, for the intrepid, your bicycle. For many, a particularly impressive sight during their commute is the truly magnificent Golden Gate Bridge. A tidbit of information about the bridge is that the San Francisco Chronicle called it a thirty-five million dollar steel harp when it first opened in 1937. Information source: www.motorvista.com.

Hyperbole Aside, Marin County Has a Whole Lot of Hiking Trails

According to a fairly impressive Web site, (www.marintrails.com) Marin County has the finest urban park systems in the world with over 600 miles of wonderful trails. While this statement might seem a bit overblown by about one hundred miles since a mere 500 miles of trails are claimed elsewhere in the site, it really doesnt matter. Clearly, Marin County is a paradise for hikers.

Small California CDP of Kentfield Covers Educational Needs of K through 12

Kentfield, a CDP (Census Designated Place) has a population of fewer than 7,000, yet offers fine educational facilities for kindergarten through 12th grade. It does this very well with one private school and two public schools.
